NB: Bookings taken from 1st May 2020 will not require a deposit. This supersedes our previous conditions until the health and travel situation within the country clarifies.



  • For all direct bookings through our website Credit card details are taken when making a booking and you will be advised of the dates that payments will be taken
    A deposit of 50% of total cost is required when making a booking
    The balance payment will be taken on the day of your arrival.


If you have to or wish to cancel your booking you must speak with us by telephone as soon as possible. The numbers are 01389 752 459 or 07711 317 966. You must also immediately confirm the cancellation in writing, if doing so by email you will receive a return email confirming we have received the cancellation. If you do not receive this then please contact us again. The day we are in receipt of the notification in writing and you receive the reply is the date on which we cancel the booking. If you cancel there will be a cancellation charge as shown below depending on when cancellation is received:

Should you cancel and there is a cancellation fee we will endeavour to re-let the room. Should  we be successful any monies received will be refunded to you.

Pets: Sorry No Pets

Children: Children up to 5 can stay in the room if using existing bed. Maximum occupancy 3 persons

Arrival time: Between 2 and 3pm, please confirm with owner if you would like an alternative time.

Payment: If you have booked through an agency or our website payment will be taken on arrival day from the card details you gave when booking. If you have booked directly and no card details have been taken we ask that you pay on arrival.

Breakfast: Juice, Milk, butter, jams etc. will be in the fridge in your room on arrival. We will deliver your cooked breakfast each day to your room.
