  • Credit card details are taken when making a booking and you will be advised of the dates that payment will be taken
  • A deposit of 50% of total cost is required when making booking
  • If a booking is made, balance to be paid in full 6 weeks (42 days), prior to arrival date. If booking made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival then full amount to be paid when booking

If you have to or wish to cancel your booking you must speak with us by telephone as soon as possible. The numbers are 01389 752 459 or 07711 317 966. You must also immediately confirm the cancellation in writing, if doing so by email you will receive a return email confirming we have received the cancellation. If you do not receive this then please contact us again. The day we are in receipt of the notification in writing and you receive the reply is the date on which we cancel the booking. If you cancel there will be a cancellation charge as shown below:

We will endeavour to re-let the property and should we be successful then we will refund the monies paid less an administration fee of £100.


  • £25 charge for each pet per week or short stay. A pet box is provided which supplies bowls, lead, poo bags and a towel for dogs
  • Please ensure pets do not go on the furniture
  • Please exercise your pet away from the house and clean up after them
  • Please remove pet hairs from the carpet and floors before you leave
  • Please do not leave the pet alone in the garden or house
  • Please do not allow pets in bedrooms
  • Please bring towels with you to dry and clean your pet before entering the house if wet and dirty
  • Pet food only to be served in the kitchen/living area.
